Terms of Sale

Purpose

These terms apply to the sale of the digital product “30-Day Challenge” (“the Challenge”) offered on second-sight.org by Dr. Sénamé Agbossou.

Product and price

The 30-Day Challenge is a digital guided programme.

Price: €15 incl. tax. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of order.

Order and payment

Payment is made online through our provider Stripe, by card. The order is confirmed once payment is approved.

We do not store any card details.

Access and delivery

Access to the Challenge is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, digitally. No physical delivery is involved.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the rules applicable to digital content, by requesting immediate access to the Challenge you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided.

The Challenge is provided as personal guidance and does not constitute medical, psychological or professional advice.

We cannot be held liable for the use you make of the content.

Governing law and disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those designated by the applicable law.
