Data we collect

We only collect the data needed for the services we offer:

  • Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter or download the free guide.
  • Order and payment data — when you buy the 30-Day Challenge (payment is handled by Stripe; we never store your card details).
  • Browsing data and cookie identifiers — for audience measurement and advertising, only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy).

Purposes and legal bases

  • Send you the newsletter and free guide — legal basis: your consent.
  • Process and deliver your 30-Day Challenge purchase — legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Measure our audience and ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) — legal basis: your consent.
  • Reply to requests you send by email — legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.

Processors and recipients

We use providers that process certain data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Supabase — database and sign-up hosting.
  • Brevo — email delivery (newsletter and guide).
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel) — audience measurement and advertising, enabled only after consent.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Stripe, Vercel, Google, Meta) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework).

Retention period

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
  • Order data: kept for as long as required by legal and accounting obligations.
  • Measurement and advertising cookies: for the durations stated in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data.
  • Right to rectification.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Right to restrict processing.
  • Right to object.
  • Right to data portability.
